Caker Street Cancellation Policy

For some definite reasons the customer can cancel the order request.
In such cases, the customer is advised to place the cancellation request before 3 days of dispatch. If the request is received after 3 days, an additional amount of 50₹ would be charged.

For some hostile reasons, Caker Street can also cancel your order. In that case the customer would get the full refund.

Caker Street Return and Refund Policy

Our contract ends after the ordered item gets delivered to the specific address provided by the customer. We do acknowledge your experience of the items delivered, and if you are not satisfied with the product condition, you are advised to readily send the item back via mail or in store as early as possible. Also a picture of the delivered product must be sent to us along with a complaint lodged within a day. Items ordered with offers or special discount would not be applicable for Refund. Any complaint received after 72 hours of delivery would not be entertained. Additional charges of 5£ would be charged in that case. If the complaint gets approved, the refund would be processed accordingly in the same method of transaction.

If refund is not credited, the customer is advised to check bank statement, it may take a few days.
